REGISTRATION SESSION SCHEDULE

#1: Current CWP Families–Wednesday, January 19th @ 8:30 PM

#2: Families Currently Waitlisted for the 2021-2022 School Year and CWP Alumni Families–Tuesday, January 25th @ 11AM

#3: New Families– Monday, January 31st @ 11 AM

TOURS

Tours will be hosted in person on a first-come, first-serve basis on the following days in January.

Tuesday, January 4th 1 PM and 1:30 PM

Wednesday, January 5th 1 PM

Tuesday January 11th 1 PM and 1:30 PM (FULL)

Friday, January 14th at 1 PM

Please email childrensweekdayprogram@gmail.com to register for a session.  Due to COVID protocols and in order to accommodate as many families as possible, tours are limited to one parent or representative per family.  All attendees must wear their masks while inside regardless of vaccination status.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES & DETAILS:

The first step to registering will occur here online.  Please come back to this page when your family’s registration priority is open.

For your registration to be complete, you must submit the following:

1. Completed, signed and printed application for each child you are registering.

2. Check, money order (made payable to CWP) or cash for the registration fee and May 2023 tuition deposit only. See the 2022-2023 CWP Program and Tuition Schedule to calculate your registration cost.  Invoices for your supply fee will be sent in the spring via email along with a request for additional student enrollment forms.  Invoices for September 2022 tuition will be emailed in mid-August.  Tuition throughout the year is always due by the first of the month, even in the month of September.

3. Proof of age i.e. a copy of a birth certificate, passport or state ID. (NEW STUDENTS ONLY)

Your registration is not complete until the items above are received by your registration session’s deadline. Families living overseas or out of the DMV area must reach out to our director, Stephanie Browne, at childrensweekdayprogram@gmail.com immediately AFTER completing online registration to make special arrangements for delivery of your application materials.

REGISTRATION SESSION LINKS:

Registration Session #1:
Eligibility: families currently enrolled in CWP classes.

All families in this category will be automatically emailed an application and link to our online registration form at 8:30 pm on Wednesday, January 19th. 

The simple form (parent name & child(ren) being enrolled) must be filled out and submitted in order to hold your place in the Session #1 virtual line.  We will use the timestamp we receive from the form to place your family’s registration in priority order.

Submission of the virtual form for priority status, payment, and any necessary application materials must all be received in our office by midnight on Tuesday, January 25th or your priority placement will be forfeited and you will need to re-register again during open registration (Session #3 below) on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Registration Session #2:
Eligibility: all alumni families and families who are actively on our current school year waitlist.

Registration is now open.  Click here to access our online registration form and begin the process.

The simple form (parent name & child(ren) being enrolled) must be filled out and submitted in order to hold your place in the Session #2 virtual line. We will use the timestamp we receive from the form to place your family’s registration in priority order.

Submission of the virtual registration form, payment, and any necessary application materials must all be received in our office by midnight on Friday, January 28th or your priority placement will be forfeited and you will need to register again during open registration (Session #3 below) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Details regarding how to drop-off your application materials will be available during your online registration process.

Registration Session #3:
Eligibility: all new families.

A link to our online registration form will be available here beginning at 11 am on Monday, January 31st.

The simple form (parent name & child(ren) being enrolled) must be filled out and submitted in order to hold your place in the Session #3 virtual line. We will use the timestamp we receive from the form to place your family’s registration in priority order.

Submission of the virtual registration form, payment, and any necessary application materials must all be received in our office within two business days from submission of your online form or your placement in the virtual line will be forfeited. Details regarding how to drop-off your application materials will be available during your online registration process.
