2021-2022 Registration

We hope you’ll join us for our 2021-2022 school  year!

Registration for the upcoming school year will begin in January 2021.  Please see the following and select your category below to learn more about this year’s registration process.  Links to our application, class schedule and tuition fees for the 2021-2022 school year can be found in the Registration Procedure section listed below.

Registration Session #1: CLOSED
Families currently enrolled in CWP classes.
Wednesday, January 20th at 8:30 PM

All families in this category will be automatically emailed an application and link to our online registration form at 8:30 pm on Wednesday, January 20th.  The simple form (parent name & child(ren) being enrolled) must be filled out and submitted in order to “hold” your place in the “current student registration” virtual line.  We will use the timestamp we receive from the form to place your family’s registration in priority order.  

Submission of the virtual form for priority status, payment, and any necessary application materials must all be received in our office by 5pm on Tuesday, January 26th or your priority placement will be forfeited and you will need to re-register again during open registration (Session 4 below) on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Registration Session #2: CLOSED
All alumni families & families who are actively on our current school year waitlist.
Friday, January 22th at 10 AM 

All families in this category will be emailed an application and link to our online registration form at 10 am on Friday, January 22nd provided an interest form has been received by Wednesday, January 20th.  The simple form (parent name & child(ren) being enrolled) must be filled out and submitted in order to “hold” your place in the “alumni/waitlist registration” virtual line. We will use the timestamp we receive from the form to place your family’s registration in priority order.

Submission of the virtual registration form, payment, and any necessary application materials must all be received in our office by 5pm on Tuesday, January 26th or your priority placement will be forfeited and you will need to register again during open registration (Session 4 below) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Details regarding how to drop-off your application materials will be available during your online registration process.

Registration Session #3:
Early-bird registration for all new families.
Monday, January 25th at 10 AM

All families in this category will be emailed an application and link to our online registration form at 10am on Monday, January 25th provided an interest form survey has been received by Thursday, January 21st.  The simple form (parent name & child(ren) being enrolled) must be filled out and submitted in order to “hold” your place in the “new family” early bird virtual registration line.

Following completion of your online registration form, additional application materials and payment must be received within two (2) business days to complete your registration process. Details regarding how to drop-off your application materials will be available during your online registration process.

Registration Session #4: CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
Open first-come, first serve registration for all families.
Monday, January 25th beginning at 12 PM

A link will be posted here at 12pm on Monday, January 25th for all families who did not complete an interest form by the due date listed in their priority level. Once you submit your online registration, you will then have two (2) business to complete your registration process.

ALL REGISTRATIONS OCCURING IN SESSION 4 WILL BE HANDELED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.

2021-2022 Program Schedule and Tuition

For your registration to be complete, you must submit the following:
 
1. Completed PDO and/or preschool application for each child you are registering.  
 
2. Check, money order (made payable to CWP) or cash for the registration fee and May 2022 tuition deposit only. See the fee schedule above to calculate your registration cost. 

 

Invoices for your supply fee will be sent in the spring via email along with a request for additional student enrollment forms.  Invoices for September 2021 tuition will be emailed in mid-August.  Tuition throughout the year is always due by the first of the month even in the month of September.

 
3. Proof of age i.e. a copy of a birth certificate, passport or state ID.
 
4. Your registration is not complete until the items above are received by your stated deadline (SEE YOUR REGISTRATION SESSION DETAILS ABOVE). Families living overseas or out of the DMV area must reach out to our director, Stephanie Browne, at childrensweekdayprogram@ gmail.com immediately AFTER completing online registration to make special arrangements for delivery of your application materials.
